UtilityManager™ Profiler
Reduce Your Utility Costs and Consumption with LPB Software Solutions
Overview
Utility Manager™ Profiler is a web-based application that provides access to reports and graphs based on data collected from interval meters. This information can be used for a variety of purposes related to energy efficiency.
The software accommodates meter readings for hourly, half-hourly, or 15-minute intervals. A collection of reports and graphs can display the data by day, week, month, or year. You can also compare multiple meters on the same graph, or compare the current day's readings with the same day last week, last month, or last year. Using Utility Manager™ Profiler, energy and facility managers can examine energy consumption at specific sites and specific times of day to identify equipment problems, inefficient processes, or operational issues.
Key Benefits
- Identify opportunities to decrease energy use by correlating interval data with daily facility schedules and occupancy requirements
- Identify equipment malfunctions that result in wasted energy
- Verify that daily and seasonal facility and equipment schedules are followed
- Develop benchmark load profiles and statistics to allow identification of facilities that fall outside an expected range
- Obtain usage and demand data to support effective negotiation of energy commodity purchases
- Obtain usage and demand data to permit evaluation of alternative energy rate schedules
- Verify consumption reductions that result from other energy management initiatives
- Perform accurate energy cost allocation for facilities that are shared by different departments or cost centers
- Identify power spikes and interruptions
- Identify peak usage and demand
